doe-eyes widen upon dulcet countenance, full lips dropping to
s l i g h t part, ( paint riddled ) fingertips CURLED idly in the h e m of
his shirt. he KNOWS this presence, the soft w a r m t h of it, the gentle
LULL, the sense of being LOVED and P R O T E C T E D that accompanied
such a deity. zayden’s heart ( thumps ) loudly, he can’t q u i t e recall
his LAST meeting with his father ( just that it had been wonderfully
WELCOMING and quelling, as always. ) slightly, a small stature turns,
brows RAISED in slight wonderment.

The smile on his face only widened as his
eyes met the boy’s, a pang of guilt hitting
the god like every time he saw Zayden.
It wasn’t anything he had done specifically,
it was that he was never really around for
him. Dionysus knew how important that
was for mortals, how normal fathers were
around. Nevertheless, he was forever glad
that the boy didn’t hold it against him.
Knowing it was always the best to focus on the
moment, he held out his arms for a hug as he took
a step forwards, letting out a laugh.

                    “Hello, dear.”
